What areas do you service?
We’re based out of Tillsonburg, Ontario, and are happy to travel wherever your special event is occurring! Within 35KM of our home base is included in all packages, additional fee for distance travelled is 1.00/KM, this applies for the trip there as well as the trip home.
Do you sell alcohol?
Liquor laws in Ontario unfortunately don’t allow the sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle. To comply with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), all alcohol and potentially a Special Occasion Permit must be purchased by the host. The plus side is no mark-up on alcohol (Yay!). We can serve whatever you purchase! We’re happy to work with you to develop a grocery list of alcohol needed for your special event, and leave you with any and all leftovers at the end of your event. We cover all of the mix and garnish. Sealed items are generally able to be returned should you choose to.
Do I need a permit?
A Special Event Permit (SOP) needs to be obtained if you are hosting your event on public property (church, event venue, etc), but is not required if you are hosting your event on private property (backyard, farm, cottage, etc). What’s the investment?
Just as every event is different, so are the costs involved. Factors in cost will include but are not limited to choice of bar rental, preferences in barware, distance travelled, guests attending, bartenders needed, add-on rentals, and more. Base rental package prices are listed under each rental option. Reach out for a quote that is unique to your needs!
Do you have insurance?
We are fully insured with general commercial and liquor liability insurance. All of our staff are smart serve certified and understand the liability involved with alcohol service, and put the safety of your guests first! Should you be interested in your own event insurance (PAL) we are happy to help facilitate that process.
How far will you travel?
We include travel within 35KM’s of our home base in Tillsonburg, Ontario, anything outside of that range is subject to additional fees. We are always happy to discuss options for weddings and other events outside of our home base!
How far in advance should I book?
Early bird gets the worm right? We will take booking requests for the current season, as well as inquiries and bookings for the next calendar year. For example, it’s currently 2023, we are looking at bookings for 2023/2024 at this time.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a booking deposit of 50% of your entire package price to hold your date. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your event.
What is your minimum and maximum booking time?
We require a minimum booking of 3 hours for any event or item rental, up to a maximum of 8 hours.
